Getting started

  1. Book a free 20-minute call
    A relaxed chance to ask questions, share what’s important, and get a feel for how I work.

  2. Agree on your next steps
    We’ll decide together how often to meet and what to focus on.

  3. Begin your sessions
    50 minutes, usually weekly — always paced according to your needs.

How I work

  • Calm, grounded, and non-judgemental

  • Flexible approach tailored to you — drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive approaches to counselling

  • Sensitive to how your life experiences and identity shape your world

  • Session length: 50 minutes

  • Frequency: Usually weekly (but will be discussed during our initial call)

  • Format: Primarily online; limited in-person availability in Dartford

  • Introductory call: Free, 20 minutes

Fees are paid on a session by session basis.

Payment should be made no later than 24 hours before the start of each session.
