  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s brought you to therapy. It’s a relaxed, judgement-free space where we can explore your goals and see if working together feels like the right fit.

  • Feeling nervous or unsure is completely normal. It’s okay to take your time. I’m here to support you through that vulnerability with kindness and care.

  • Therapy is a process, and progress can look different for everyone. We’ll regularly check in about how you’re feeling and what’s helpful to make sure the work is meeting your needs.
